By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Registration & Account
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You may create only one profile for yourself
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Profile Information
- All profile information must be truthful and accurate
- Profile photos must be recent and clearly show your face
- You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- We reserve the right to verify any information you provide
3.3 Profile Verification
We may require identity verification through government-issued ID, phone verification, or other means. Verified profiles receive a trust badge and are given preference in search results.
4. Membership Plans
4.1 Free Membership
Free members can create a profile, browse profiles, and receive interest notifications with limited features.
4.2 Premium Membership
- Paid memberships unlock additional features like unlimited messaging, viewing contact details, and priority support
- Membership fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
- Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date

4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any premium features. Processing fees may apply. Contact our support team for refund requests.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:

- Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other members
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain letters

- Engage in any illegal or unlawful activities
- Solicit money or financial information from other members

- Use automated scripts, bots, or data mining tools
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Circumvent or disable any security features
Warning: Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Content Guidelines
6.1 Prohibited Content
You must not post content that:
- Is obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit
- Contains nudity or provocative images
- Promotes discrimination based on caste, religion, or ethnicity
- Infringes on intellectual property rights

6.2 Photo Guidelines

7. Communication
By registering on Rajputana Shaadi, you consent to receive:

- Interest notifications from other members
- Account-related notifications and updates
- Service announcements and promotional offers
You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings. Some essential communications cannot be opted out of.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Rajputana Shaadi, including but not limited to:
- Website design, layout, and graphics
- Logo, trademarks, and brand elements
- Software, algorithms, and features
- Text content and documentation

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for operating our services.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed, subject to our data retention policies.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Receive multiple complaints from other members
- Remain inactive for an extended period
We may terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
10. Disclaimers
- Rajputana Shaadi is a platform to facilitate introductions between individuals seeking marriage. We do not guarantee any matches or successful marriages.
- We do not conduct background checks on members (unless specifically requested as a paid service). You are responsible for verifying the information provided by other members.
- We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or representations of any member.
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Rajputana Shaadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for any damages arising from interactions with other members
- We are not responsible for any loss of data or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation.
